NGO urban Nova, Herceg Novi created publication “Women Matters“ that promote and affirm women’s creativity and activist heritage in Boka Kotorska Bay with a review on  local gender equality policies. Publication was created as a part of the project “De Facto Development”, funded by the European Union through the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro.
